Do all the shoes I buy come with shoe boxes?
Yes, Each of our shoe boxes comes with an original shoe box,Comes with a stockx tag.

How do I know if my payment has been received?
Once your payment has been received, we will send you a notification email advising you about your order. You can also check the status of your order at any time by visiting our store and logging into your customer account.

Can I get more discount for large order.(eg,orders more than 5 pairs)
Of course,please contact our customer service,will get your exclusive coupons.

After placing an order, I don’t want it, how can I get a refund?
Contact EM Sneakers staff who will process your refund request.

If the shoes are confiscated by customs
If the shoes are confiscated by customs, we will send you a new pair.

How do I track my order?
After placing the order, we will contact you to send quality control photos, when you confirm that it can be shipped, we will make the shipment, and we will send you the tracking number after shipment.

After placing an order, when can I expect to receive my item?
Shipping time is usually between 9-12 working day after express delivery.

How long do I have to wait for my order to ship after payment is complete?
Our processing time is 3 working days. This means your item will typically ship within 3 business days.

I want to receive the courier by courier, can the courier be expedited?

How do I change the shipping address after placing an order?

Who is responsible if tariffs arise?
Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating goods entering a particular country or region. All goods entering or leaving the region must first clear customs. Customs clearance and payment of relevant duties are always the responsibility of the buyer. We do not add taxes, VAT, duties or any other hidden charges.
