Return Exchange Policy

Replacement measures

- If any items are lost or damaged due to transportation, please contact customer service and we will resend the goods or take compensation measures for you.

- Tip: When contacting customer service, remember to provide relevant pictures and videos of damaged goods so that we can help you solve the problem faster.

Return & Exchange

- If you are making a return All items sent back to us must be in original condition with all tags and tags: unused, unworn, altered or washed, etc.
- Please return the package to us via FedEx or USPS or EMS and provide us with the tracking number.
- Please note that we do not accept freight collect. If you choose freight collect, we will not arrange a refund for you.
- We will arrange a refund or exchange for you once we receive the returned shoes.


Refund

❤ If you do not want the shoes due to your own reasons after placing the order but before the shoes are shipped. Whichever channel you paid through, we will refund you according to the original channel.
- PayPal refund arrival time (generally real-time arrival)
- Credit card payment refund time (usually about 7-20 working days)


Warm Reminder

❤ If the color, size, style you receive does not match the order or confirmed QC picture and there is a quality problem. Please take a photo of the item and send the image to us. We will take full responsibility for quality problem items.
- We are not responsible for any packages that are detained by customs during return or lost in transit.
- You can enjoy the return service but we will not return or exchange the goods after the specified period.

No Return Or Exchange in This Case

- Ordered the wrong shoes or wrong size.
- You clicked "OK" to confirm delivery without carefully reviewing the product quality inspection pictures.
- Providing an incorrect address causes delivery failure.
- After-sales application where the product is subjectively believed to be defective or of poor quality.
- Items that have been used, damaged, engraved or altered by a third party.
- Unauthorized, incorrectly packaged or improperly insured items.

Cancel The Order

❤ If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please contact our customer service representatives as soon as possible. But if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. Thank you for your understanding.
