Your tracking number will be activated within 3-5 working days after shipment (we will notify you after activation). The tracking number is issued by the platform and can be checked in your mailbox.
After the package arrives at FedEx/UPS/DHL, you can check the tracking number on the official website of the courier company and contact the local post office to complete the signature.
Q: What if I’m not available during delivery?
A: The carrier will leave a notification (by note, call, or SMS) with instructions to either:
Pick up the package at your local post office.
Schedule a redelivery.
Contact the carrier’s customer service (details on their official website) for assistance.
Q: Why isn’t cash on delivery (COD) available?
A: Orders ship directly from international factories, and COD is not supported for cross-border shipments.
