2 Pick your size & style

On the product page, select your size and color — double‑check before adding to cart.

👕 For clothes: always check the size chart inside the “Description” tab. It makes the difference between perfect fit and returns.

3 Bag it & apply discount

Add items to your cart → paste your discount code in the promo box → review your order.

✅ Ensure your shipping address and contact info are correct (no typos, especially email).

4 Secure payment

You approve QC → we ship within 24 hours.

6 Shipping & tracking

Once you green‑light QC, we ship the next business day. Tracking number activates within 3–5 days and is sent to your email.

🌍 International shipping & customs
• Import taxes are already prepaid for most countries — no surprise fees on delivery.
• Customs clearance can sometimes pause tracking updates. If your package seems delayed in your country, contact us first and we’ll investigate.
• During peaks (Christmas, Back‑to‑School), allow an extra 5–7 business days.

Delivery time after shipment: usually 8–18 days worldwide (depends on customs & local post).
