Once you green‑light QC, we ship the next business day. Tracking number activates within 3–5 days and is sent to your email.

• Import taxes are already prepaid for most countries — no surprise fees on delivery.
• Customs clearance can sometimes pause tracking updates. If your package seems delayed in your country, contact us first and we’ll investigate.
